Terms of Service — Arim AI Labs

These terms apply to your use of the arimailabs.com website (the “Site”), operated by arimailabs.com, a brand of A.A.A Web Services Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. The Site

The Site is the home of Arim AI Labs. It tells you about our products — Forge, Focus Action, ARIM Virtual Try-On and others in development — and how to reach us. You do not need an account to use it.

2. Our products have their own terms

Using a product is covered by that product’s own terms, which apply in addition to these:

ARIM Virtual Try-On — its terms will be published before it launches.

If there is a conflict about a product, that product’s terms apply.

3. Using the Site

Please do not misuse the Site: no attacks on it, no attempts to gain unauthorised access, and no automated activity that overloads it.

4. Product information

Product descriptions, status labels (for example “Coming soon” or “In development”) and prices on the Site are for information and may change. A product marked as coming soon or in development is not available yet and may change or may not launch. The price that applies to a purchase is the one shown at checkout.

5. Payments

Where a product is sold, the payment provider is named at checkout. For Focus Action, orders are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, whose buyer terms apply to the purchase. Refunds are explained in our Refund Policy.

6. Ownership

The Site’s content, names and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may link to the Site, but please do not copy or reuse its content without permission.

7. Other websites

The Site links to our product sites and to some third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party sites.

8. No warranty, limited liability

The Site is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
